Founded in Brussels, Gamelan Mudrasvara is a traditional Balinese music ensemble dedicated to sharing the shimmering sonorities of gong, metallophone, kendang, and suling with European audiences. Our repertoire spans ceremonial pieces and contemporary works, performed with devotion and artistry.
Our story. Over the years, we have collaborated with cultural houses, universities, and festivals across Belgium and beyond, presenting concerts, lecture-performances, and hands-on workshops for all ages.
Technical notes (metric). A typical stage layout accommodates up to 20 musicians and instruments on approximately 6 m × 4 m with at least 2.5 m clearance in height. We gladly adapt to venues, museums, and outdoor settings.
